The fine print

By using nabz/cloud you agree to use the service in good faith. Don't use the service to host or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that put other users at risk.

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — see /status for live numbers.

We store the minimum data needed to operate the service: email, name, files you upload, API request logs (for billing and abuse prevention).

Your files are encrypted at rest with per-workspace keys.

We never sell your data. We never train models on your data.

Server logs are retained for 30 days then purged. Trashed files are purged 30 days after deletion.

Storage region is your choice — pick at bucket-create time. We do not move data between regions without your action.

On account deletion, all user data is purged within 30 days. Audit log entries are retained for 90 days where required for compliance.
